Zeeg’s Zoom integration creates a separate meeting in the host’s Zoom account for every booking whose location is Zoom. Zeeg sends the link in the confirmation and adds it to the calendar entry. When someone cancels, Zeeg deletes the meeting, and a rescheduled booking gets a new one.
Open Integrations in Zeeg, choose Zoom and click “Connect Zoom”.
Sign in to Zoom and allow Zeeg to create meetings for you.
Choose Zoom as the location of your scheduling page and save it.
When someone books a meeting whose location is Zoom, Zeeg creates a scheduled meeting in the host’s Zoom account, with the booking’s title, start, duration and the scheduling page’s description as agenda. You and your customers get the link in the confirmation, and it is in the calendar entry.
When a customer cancels, Zeeg deletes the Zoom meeting. When they reschedule, Zeeg deletes the old meeting and creates a new one for the new time, with a new link in the confirmation. When you change a booking’s location from Zoom to another, Zeeg deletes the meeting too.
With round robin, Zeeg creates the meeting in the Zoom account of the person who gets the booking. For collective bookings with several hosts, it is enough that one of them has connected Zoom. Round robin and collective meetings come with the Business plan.
When you remove Zeeg in Zoom, Zeeg disconnects on its side too. If Zeeg then cannot create a meeting, the booking still stands. Your confirmation tells you that no Zoom link was created, and your customer learns that you will send the link separately.
Zeeg’s AI voice agent answers calls and books on the same scheduling pages. When a caller books a Zoom meeting, Zeeg creates the same Zoom meeting as for an online booking.
Zoom offers its own booking tool, Zoom Scheduler, free in a basic version and as a paid subscription. Zeeg connects your Zoom account to its own scheduling pages.
