Zeeg’s Pipedrive integration connects your scheduling pages to Pipedrive. When someone books, Zeeg finds the person by email address or creates it, and logs the meeting as an activity. Zeeg marks cancellations and reschedules on the activity.
As the owner of your organization, open Integrations in Zeeg and choose Pipedrive.
Sign in with a Pipedrive account that has admin rights, review the permissions and install the app.
Back in Zeeg the integration is active. From now on every new booking lands in Pipedrive.
Zeeg finds the person in Pipedrive by email address. If there is none yet, Zeeg creates it with name, email and phone number. The booking becomes a meeting activity on that person, with date, duration, location and video link. Existing persons stay unchanged.
The activity description lists the host, the location and every question and answer from the booking, such as locations or topic. Whoever opens the activity in Pipedrive has it all in front of them, without looking in Zeeg.
When a customer cancels, Zeeg puts “[Cancelled]” in front of the subject and marks the activity as done. When they reschedule, the old activity gets “[Rescheduled]”, and the new time becomes a new activity. When you change a booking in Zeeg, Zeeg updates the activity’s subject, time and location.
When a person who already has an owner in Pipedrive books, the meeting goes to exactly that team member instead of whoever round robin picks. Instead of the owner, Zeeg can also read a custom person field of type user. If Zeeg finds no one, round robin shares the booking as usual. Smart CRM routing with Pipedrive comes with the Scale plan.
Zeeg’s AI phone agent answers calls and books on the same scheduling pages. Every phone booking runs through the same Pipedrive integration, with person and activity.
Pipedrive comes with its own meeting scheduler. What it can do depends on your Pipedrive plan; Zeeg adds its own scheduling pages to Pipedrive.
