Zeeg’s HubSpot integration connects your scheduling pages to HubSpot. When someone books, Zeeg finds the contact by email address or creates it, and logs the meeting on its timeline. Zeeg marks cancellations and reschedules on the meeting.
As the owner of your organization, open Integrations in Zeeg and choose HubSpot.
Sign in with a HubSpot account that has admin rights and connect the app.
From now on every booking lands in HubSpot. Zeeg creates the property group “Details from Zeeg meetings” for it.
Zeeg finds the contact in HubSpot by email address. If there is none yet, Zeeg creates it with name, email and phone number. The meeting appears on the contact’s timeline, with time, title, location and video link. Existing contacts stay unchanged, and Zeeg sets the HubSpot user with the host’s email address as owner.
Zeeg sends along the questions asked before booking, such as team size or topic. On new contacts, up to ten answers land as properties in the group “Details from Zeeg meetings”, and the meeting description lists them too. HubSpot workflows map them to your own fields.
When a customer cancels, Zeeg puts “[Cancelled]” in front of the meeting name and sets the outcome to canceled. When they reschedule, Zeeg marks the old meeting “[Rescheduled]” and logs the new time as its own meeting. Your team sees in HubSpot what is really happening.
When a customer who already has a contact owner in HubSpot books, the meeting goes to exactly that person instead of whoever round robin picks. If Zeeg finds no owner, round robin shares the booking as usual. Smart CRM routing with HubSpot comes with the Scale plan.
