For existing contacts, Zeeg preserves their properties while updating their activity details with their meeting information. All custom questions and responses from your Zeeg booking forms are automatically transferred to HubSpot as contact properties in the dedicated "Details from Zeeg meetings" property group. This ensures that client information collected during scheduling is seamlessly integrated into your CRM system. You can then leverage HubSpot's Workflow feature to map these responses to specific fields, and enable automation and personalized follow-up.

Zeeg manages the entire meeting lifecycle in HubSpot, updating activity statuses automatically when meetings are rescheduled or canceled. When a meeting changes, Zeeg adds clear indicators like "[Cancelled]" or "[Rescheduled]" to activity names and updates outcomes accordingly, and your team always has accurate visibility into client engagement history.
