Zeeg offers only the free times in your Outlook calendar and adds every booking to it, online or by phone. GDPR compliant, made in Germany.

Zeeg’s Outlook integration connects your Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar to your scheduling pages. Zeeg offers only the times you are free, adds every booking to Outlook as an event and creates the Teams link if you want one. Zeeg connects on-premises Exchange through Exchange Web Services.
Set up in minutes. The full guide is in the help center, with a separate guide for on-premises Exchange.
Open Calendar Connections in Zeeg and choose Microsoft 365.
Sign in with your Microsoft account and allow Zeeg to access your calendar.
Choose which calendars Zeeg checks for conflicts and which calendar new bookings go to.
Zeeg reads the busy times in the Outlook calendars you choose and offers only free times on your scheduling pages. Zeeg adds every booking to your Outlook calendar as an event, with your customers as attendees. When someone reschedules or cancels, Zeeg updates your calendar. If you like, Zeeg marks the events private, so colleagues see only the busy time.
When you choose Microsoft Teams as the location, Zeeg creates the Teams meeting with the Outlook event. The link is in the calendar entry and in the confirmation to your customers. If Microsoft declines the meeting, for example for lack of a Teams license, Zeeg tries again through the Teams integration, if you have connected it. If neither works, the booking still stands, and your confirmation tells you that no link was created.
For Exchange on your own servers, Zeeg connects through Exchange Web Services. Each user can connect their own Exchange account. From the Business plan, one service account with the ApplicationImpersonation role is enough. Your IT team connects it once and enrolls the mailboxes, and Zeeg stores no employee passwords.
From the Business plan, the owner of your organization connects an Outlook mailbox. Zeeg then sends confirmations, changes, cancellations and workflow emails to your customers through that mailbox instead of Zeeg’s sender, for every member of your organization.
Zeeg’s AI voice agent answers calls and books on the same scheduling pages. Every phone booking then sits in your Outlook calendar, with a Teams link when the meeting is online.
Microsoft offers its own booking tool, Bookings, as part of certain Microsoft 365 subscriptions. Zeeg brings its own scheduling pages and connects Outlook as well as other calendars.
Zeeg sends Microsoft only what belongs to the booking. Here is where each piece of data is kept.

Two-factor sign-in for every account, SSO and SCIM from the Scale plan.
Zeeg stores appointments, contacts and form answers with Telekom in data centers in Germany and the Netherlands, encrypted at rest and in transit.
The AI voice agent stores conversations in the EU, and telephony runs through Ireland. Without a transcript, the voice service stores nothing from the call.
Zeeg signs a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with every customer.
Answers every call and books appointments during the call.
Scheduling pages customers book themselves, around the clock.
Questions before the booking, each request to the right person.
Share bookings across the team, automatically and fairly.
Only times when every host is free.
Take payment by Stripe or PayPal at booking.
Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, automatically.
Every booking and call lands on the contact.
Scheduling, AI voice agent and CRM at a glance.
“I’ve now set up five clients with Zeeg, including law firms, media agencies and a skin clinic, and for all of them the AI voice agent matters most. It answers calls on holidays and after hours, answers callers’ questions and books the appointment straight into the business’s Google or Outlook calendar.”
“Every morning, the first thing I check in Zeeg is what our AI voice agent has arranged since yesterday. It asks callers the first questions and then books the right appointment. […] The agent also calls out on its own: contacts we want to follow up with get a call with their own greeting at a set time.”
“The practical, simple setup of the AI voice agent deserves a special mention. The AI voice agent also sounds authentic and helps us take customer enquiries and bookings 24/7.”
“Zeeg lets us tailor scheduling to every one of our use cases. We mainly use round robin and group events with specific presets that are easy to set up.”
“We used to use Calendly and have now switched to Zeeg.me completely, and honestly, I’m thrilled!”
“I add the link to every email to recruiters, and they pick a free time themselves. Thanks to the two-way sync with my Google Calendar, only times when I’m not in a lecture or another call show up, so I haven’t had a single double booking.”
“Round robin events and adding the link to our email signature and website are super easy. The prices are more than fair […]”
“Especially when handling client data, it matters who stores the data, where and how. […] Zeeg is a very good German alternative here: easy to use, with every feature you need.”
“Zeeg makes scheduling with my clients easier every day. I send my clients the link, and they can easily book a time that suits them.”
Calendars, video conferencing, CRMs, payments, analytics and single sign-on: Zeeg connects to the tools your team already works with.

Yes, when Microsoft Teams is the scheduling page’s location. Zeeg creates the meeting with the Outlook event and sends the link in the confirmation. If Microsoft declines the meeting, Zeeg tries again through the Teams integration, if connected; if that fails too, the booking still stands and your confirmation tells you the link is missing.
