Zeeg’s Apple Calendar integration connects your scheduling pages to your iCloud calendar. Zeeg shows only times that are free in the calendars you choose, and adds every booking to the calendar you pick. You connect with an app-specific password, not your Apple Account password.
Sign in to your Apple Account and create an app-specific password under Sign-In and Security, named “Zeeg” for example.
Open Calendar connections in Zeeg, choose iCloud Calendar and enter your iCloud email address and the password.
Choose which calendars Zeeg checks for conflicts and which calendar new bookings go to.
Zeeg reads the calendars you choose for the check, such as work and family. Whatever is busy there does not show on your scheduling page. Nobody books the time you have already planned privately.
Zeeg adds the booking with guest, location and description to the iCloud calendar you pick. From there it shows on every device that runs your Apple Calendar, with nothing to sync by hand.
Zeeg connects with an app-specific password that works only for this connection, and stores it encrypted. You can revoke it at Apple at any time. When you change your Apple Account password, Apple revokes every app-specific password, and you reconnect iCloud with a new one.
Other CalDAV calendars, such as on your own server, connect with the server address. Google, Outlook and Microsoft 365 and Exchange connect too. Zeeg checks them all together for conflicts: Starter connects one calendar account, Professional four, Business and Scale six.
