Zeeg’s Google Calendar integration connects your scheduling pages to Google Calendar. Zeeg shows only times that are free in the calendars you choose, and adds every booking with its guests to your calendar. When Google Meet is the location, Zeeg creates the Meet link too.
Open Calendar connections in Zeeg and click Google Calendar.
Sign in to Google and grant both calendar permissions, so Zeeg can read and add events.
Choose which calendars Zeeg checks for conflicts and which calendar new bookings go to.
Zeeg asks Google for the busy times of every calendar you choose for the check, such as work, team and private. Whatever is busy there does not show on your scheduling page; a busy all-day event blocks the day. If Google cannot read a calendar at the moment, Zeeg shows no times for that period rather than risk a double booking.
Zeeg adds the booking to the calendar you choose, with guests, location and the answers from the booking. Each scheduling page can use a different calendar. When a guest cancels through Zeeg, the event is canceled in Google too; with cancellation sync, Zeeg also cancels bookings you delete or decline in Google.
When you choose Google Meet as a scheduling page’s location, Zeeg creates a Meet link for every booking in the Google event. Guest and host find it in the confirmation and in the calendar, without anyone copying a link.
Besides Google you connect Outlook and Microsoft 365, Exchange, iCloud and other CalDAV calendars. Zeeg checks them all together for conflicts. The Starter plan connects one calendar account, Professional four, Business and Scale six.
