Zeeg’s Teams integration creates a separate Teams meeting for every booking whose location is Microsoft Teams. Zeeg creates the link through your connected Outlook calendar or, if you use another calendar, through Zeeg’s Teams app. It is in the confirmation and in the calendar entry.

Connect your Outlook calendar. If you use another calendar, connect Microsoft Teams under Integrations.
Sign in with your Microsoft account. Depending on your organization’s settings, your Microsoft admin approves the access.
Choose Microsoft Teams as the location of your scheduling page and save it.
When someone books a meeting whose location is Microsoft Teams, Zeeg creates a new Teams meeting with the booking’s title and time. Zeeg sends the link to you and your customers in the confirmation and adds it to the calendar entry. Nobody has to copy a link by hand.
With a connected Outlook calendar, the Teams meeting is created with the Outlook event. If you use Google Calendar or another calendar, you connect Zeeg’s Teams app. It creates the meeting with Microsoft without needing access to your calendar.
Sometimes Microsoft creates no meeting, for example for a mailbox without a Teams license or because of a policy in your organization. Zeeg then tries again through the Teams app, if you have connected it. If that fails too, the booking still stands. Your confirmation tells you that no link was created, and your customer learns that you will send the link separately.
A scheduling page can offer several locations, for example Microsoft Teams, Zoom and phone. Your customers choose when they book, and Zeeg creates a Teams meeting only for bookings whose location is Teams.
Zeeg’s AI voice agent answers calls and books on the same scheduling pages. When a caller books a Teams meeting, Zeeg creates the same Teams meeting as for an online booking.
