Open Calendar Connections in Zeeg and choose Exchange.
Enter your email address and Exchange password. If Zeeg does not find the server itself, add the server address, the domain and the username.
Choose which calendars in your mailbox Zeeg checks for conflicts and which calendar new bookings go to.
Zeeg reads the busy times in the calendars of your mailbox you choose, including calendars beside the main one. Only free times show on your scheduling pages. Zeeg adds every booking as an event to the calendar you picked and updates it when someone reschedules or cancels.
From the Business plan, your IT team connects one service account with the ApplicationImpersonation role. Zeeg checks the connection against a test mailbox, then you enroll employees one by one or all at once with their mailbox. Nobody enters their own Exchange password, and Zeeg stores no employee passwords.
