Online payment at booking means customers pay for an appointment as they book it instead of receiving an invoice later. Zeeg connects your Stripe or PayPal account, shows the price on the scheduling page and confirms the booking once payment is in.

A paid appointment is more binding than a free one. Customers cancel at short notice or skip less often because they have already invested. If you allow free rescheduling, they find a new time instead of simply not turning up.
The money arrives at booking: no invoice to write, nothing to chase. Card payments are held until the booking is confirmed, and if a slot is no longer free, Zeeg refunds the amount in full. The customer sees the phone number and video link only after paying.
