You can now cover hundreds of possible answers with a single routing rule, instead of building one route per value.
What's new:
• Many values per rule – Paste a list of postal codes, emails, or phone numbers separated by commas or line breaks, and every entry becomes its own value in the same rule.
• Is any of, for free text – Short text, long text, email, and phone answers now offer "is any of" and "is not any of".
• Number questions – Set a question to Number and build conditions with greater than, greater than or equal, less than, and less than or equal, so 10 is no longer treated as smaller than 9.
• Two broken operators fixed – "Is not any of" no longer matches everyone once it holds more than one value, and "ends with" no longer matches a blank answer.
• Calmer route editing – Typing in a condition keeps focus in the field, a route saves when you leave its card rather than mid-keystroke, and duplicating a route gives the copy its own conditions.
Why this matters: A practice sending patients to the right doctor by postal code was facing one route per code, and two operators were quietly sending people down paths they never actually matched. One rule now carries the whole list, and the routes you built behave the way you set them up.
