Your AI phone agent answers calls all year — and now you can buy its minutes for the whole year too, at the same rate as monthly.
What's new:
• Yearly billing – Buy a fixed amount of minutes for the year at €0.25 a minute, so 1,000 minutes cost €250 plus VAT.
• 15 months to use them – On a yearly plan, your minutes and any top-ups stay valid for 15 months, and the dashboard shows when they expire.
• Your own top-up rule – On any AI minutes plan, set “when I have X minutes left, buy Y minutes”. Each top-up starts at 100 minutes, is a one-off charge, and never changes your plan or renewal date.
• Upgrades arrive right away – Moving to a bigger amount, or from monthly to yearly, is charged in full on the same day with no proration, and your unused minutes are kept.
• Downgrades at renewal – Moving to a smaller amount, or from yearly to monthly, takes effect at your next renewal, and you can see and cancel the scheduled change until then.
Why this matters: Running an agent that picks up the phone all year shouldn't mean renewing every month or checking your balance before a busy week. Pay once for the year, set a rule for the peaks, and the calls keep getting answered.
