With Zeeg, you've always been able to send workflow messages around a booking — but now any date in your CRM can start a workflow too.
What's new:
• Date on a record – Pick people, companies, or any custom object, then choose one of its date fields as the trigger.
• Several steps per workflow – Each step runs a set number of days before, on, or after the date, at a time of day you choose in your time zone.
• The right recipient – On a person, messages go to that person; on a company or custom object, they go to the person linked to it. Team member notifications work too.
• Record details in messages – Emails can include the record's fields, such as the due date.
• Stop conditions – Each step can check a field first and skip the message if the matter has already been taken care of.
• Yearly repeats – Birthdays and anniversaries can trigger the workflow every year.
• Only what's still ahead – A new or edited workflow only fires for upcoming dates, and if a date moves or is cleared, the message follows suit.
Why this matters: A property manager reminding tenants about a meter reading, a consultant chasing a contract renewal, a practice sending birthday wishes — none of these start with a booking. Until now, that meant spreadsheets and calendar reminders. Now the date on the record does the chasing, and stops as soon as your customer has acted.
Date-based workflows are available from the Scale plan onwards.
