Reminders and follow-ups are what get invitees to show up, but until now you set them up somewhere else entirely. Each scheduling page's settings now show which workflows run on it.
What's new:
1. A Workflows tab
• See what runs here – Your workflows are split into those that run on this page and your others.
• Switch them on or off – Toggle a workflow to add it to or remove it from this page only.
• Create one on the spot – Start a new workflow from the tab, with this page already selected.
2. Easier to share, and on the go
• Link and Share at the top – The page link and a Share button now sit at the top of the settings, so you can copy or share the page without leaving.
• Works on your phone – Settings now fit a phone screen, with a pinned row of section icons and a floating bar for Menu, Share and Create.
• A clearer menu – Sections are now grouped into “Set up” and “After booking”.
Why this matters: A booking with no reminder is a no-show waiting to happen. For a practice running a dozen appointment types, spotting the one page without reminders used to mean checking every workflow. Now you see it where you set up the page, and fixing it takes one click.
