You can now give invitees a permanent page where they can file a withdrawal declaration for a paid booking.
What's new:
• Always reachable – The page opens with no login, no token, and no confirmation email, so an invitee who lost their booking email can still find it.
• Your URL to place – The link sits in your withdrawal policy settings, and you decide where on your own site it goes.
• Short form, instant receipt – The invitee gives their name, email, and appointment, confirms, and receives a receipt naming the content and the time it arrived.
• Declarations land in Scheduled events – Anyone who can already manage that booking sees the declaration and decides what to do with it.
• Manual linking – You can link a declaration to any of your eligible paid bookings, even when the invitee mistyped their email or named the wrong day.
• Automatic cleanup – A declaration that never reaches a booking is deleted after 30 days.
Why this matters: German law has required a withdrawal route invitees can always reach since 19 June 2026, and a link buried in a confirmation email doesn't hold up once that email is gone. Filing here doesn't cancel anything either, so you see the request and stay in control of what happens to the booking.
Find it under Scheduled events.
