Bookings, AI agent calls, and form leads can now land where your team already talks — and get handled without leaving Slack.
What's new:
• Slack under Integrations – An admin connects your Slack workspace once and matches Zeeg users to Slack users, and each person can switch on DMs about their own bookings.
• “Send Slack message” in workflows – Post to a channel, DM the host or contact owner, or message a named teammate, using the same variables as email and SMS.
• Buttons in every message – Open the booking, mark a no-show, or claim a lead or callback request straight from Slack; a claimed lead shows who took it.
• A privacy switch – Keep invitee emails, phone numbers, form answers, and call summaries out of Slack with one setting.
Why this matters: When a hot lead comes in, the first person to respond usually wins it — and an alert sitting in an inbox nobody's watching goes cold fast. Now it shows up in the channel your team already has open, and whoever grabs it claims it for everyone to see. No double calls, no dropped leads.
Find it under Integrations → Slack, and in Workflows.
The Slack integration and the “Send Slack message” workflow action are available from the Business plan onwards.
