What's new:
• Silent sending – Switch on “Send without mentioning it” for any route that sends a text or email to the caller, and the agent sends it in the background without announcing, offering, or asking about it.
• No extra questions – A silent email never makes the agent ask for an email address; it only goes out if the caller already gave one, for example while booking.
• Everything else unchanged – Routes with the switch off behave exactly as before.
Why this matters: A hot lead who has already agreed to receive a signup link doesn't need to hear about it again. Every extra announcement makes the call longer and the agent sound more scripted. Now the call stays on what the caller rang about, and the follow-up still lands.
