Not every lead starts with a booking. Someone fills in a form, or your AI agent takes a call — and now either one can kick off a workflow.
What's new:
• Routing form submitted – Start a workflow the moment someone submits a routing form.
• AI agent call ended – Start a workflow when a call with your AI agent ends, filtered by outcome, such as booked, missed, or callback requested.
• Timed sending – Send right away or a set time after the submission or call.
• Choose the recipients – Decide who on your team gets the email.
• CRM conditions – Add “Only send if checked” conditions so a message only goes out when a CRM field says it should.
• Cleaner editing – Switching “Applies to” on a workflow updates every field right away and asks before discarding unsaved changes.
Why this matters: A consultant's AI agent logs a callback request at 7 pm; a real estate agent gets a form lead on a Sunday. Without an automatic follow-up, both sit and wait until someone happens to check. Now the right person on your team hears about it at exactly the moment you choose, using the same tools you already rely on for bookings.
