You can now set meeting locations per host on a round-robin page, instead of one location for everyone.
What's new:
• Per-host locations – Give an individual host their own set of locations, overriding the page's shared default just for them.
• Bulk editing – Select several hosts, or all of them, and set their locations in a single action.
• Clear capability view – The hosts list shows which locations each host can actually deliver, and flags any host assigned one they can't.
• Availability warnings – If a location would leave the page with no bookable slots at all, you're told exactly which hosts were excluded and why.
Why this matters: A single shared location used to silently drop hosts without that tool connected — one customer lost 64% of their bookable slots this way, with nobody told. Now every host's actual capability is visible, and nothing gets booked with a link nobody can deliver.
Find it under the Hosts tab on any round-robin scheduling page.
