What's new:
1. Scheduling pages
• Find pages faster – Jump between All, Mine, Organization, Rooms, teams, and people, with a page count on each, and filter by type, status, team, person, or room.
• Drag to reorder – Move a card in any direction, see where it will land, and the new order saves right away.
• Built for phones – Tapping a page on your phone opens its actions instead of the editor.
• A new share sheet – Copy the link, embed it on your website, send it by email, or share it via QR code, link in bio, or social media; routing forms use the same sheet.
2. Routing forms and workflows
• Search and list view for routing forms – Find a form by name or switch to a compact list.
• Workflows grouped by owner – Your own, each team's, and organization workflows sit in separate sections, with filters that show counts.
• Workflows at a glance – Each card shows when it runs and what it sends, such as “60 · 30 min before start” and “Email · SMS”.
