Invitees booking a call where you ring them no longer have to type their phone number twice.
What's new:
• One field, not two – If your event type uses the “host calls you” location and has its own phone number question, that question now collects the number you'll call.
• Required when it matters – While “host calls you” is selected, the question is required even if you set it as optional; with any other location, your own setting applies.
• Easier to spot – Without a phone number question, the phone field now sits right after the email instead of at the bottom of the form.
• Same order when rescheduling – The reschedule page shows questions in the same order as the booking page.
Why this matters: A second phone field tucked away at the end of a form is easy to skip, and a missing number means a call that never happens. Now invitees give it once, somewhere they'll actually see it.
