What's new:
• Four Nordic languages – Use Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish as an agent's main language or as an additional one, with dates and times spoken correctly in each.
• Two voices each – Every new language comes with a female and a male voice of Zeeg's own in the voice picker.
• Scheduled API calls in your time zone – A call scheduled through the public API now starts at the time you meant in your own time zone, not in UTC.
Why this matters: A caller in Stockholm or Helsinki who is greeted in their own language stays on the line. Businesses serving Nordic customers can now answer every call themselves, at any hour, without staffing each language separately.
