Reminder texts shouldn't stop without anyone noticing. Zeeg now tells you before your SMS credits run out.
What's new:
• A heads-up at 50 credits – The account owner gets one email when fewer than 50 SMS credits are left, with a button to buy more.
• No noise from auto-renewals – No email goes out when a paid SMS pack renews itself.
• Ready for next time – Once a new pack or your monthly free credits arrive, the warning can go out again.
• Easier troubleshooting – SMS send records and paid packs are now kept after a pack expires or a workflow step is removed, so our support team can see when sends stopped.
Why this matters: Until now, a run of no-shows was often the first sign the texts had stopped. One timely email gives you the chance to top up before a single reminder goes missing.
The email goes to the account owner automatically, with nothing to set up.
