Until now, opening a booking or contact from a list and then going back reset the list. Your filters, search and scroll position were gone. Now the list stays exactly as you left it.
What's new:
1. Lists keep your place
• Nothing resets – When you open an item and go back, your filters, search, sorting and scroll position are still there.
• You see where you were – The item you just opened is highlighted, so you can carry on with the next one.
• Works across the dashboard – Bookings, CRM people and companies, event types, routing forms, workflows, AI agents, teams, integrations and more.
2. A cleaner layout for Bookings, People and Companies
• Same look as your other lists – These three tables now match the design of your event types, workflows and routing forms.
• Easier on your phone – Instead of a squeezed desktop table, you get a simple list grouped by day, month or letter. Tap a row to see its actions.
• Join meetings from your phone – When a meeting can be joined, a Join button appears right in the bookings list.
• A faster bookings list – Bookings appear right away, and more load as you scroll.
Why this matters: Say you're going through 50 new leads, opening each one to add a note. Before, every time you went back, you had to scroll down and set your filters again. Now you just move on to the next one.
