With Zeeg, round robin has always shared bookings fairly across your team, but now a rescheduled booking can stay with the host it started with.
What's new:
• Keep the original host – Switch on the new toggle in the Hosts tab of a round robin event type, and invitees who reschedule only see their original host's free times.
• Everywhere invitees reschedule – The rule applies on the booking page, on the phone with your AI agent, and through the API.
• A safe fallback – If the original host has left the event type or been deactivated, round robin assigns someone as usual.
• Handover emails – When a booking moves to a different host, both the new and the previous host get an email; the invitee doesn't.
Why this matters: A client who has already explained their situation to one consultant doesn't want to start over with a stranger just because they moved the meeting. Healthcare practices and advisory teams depend on that continuity. And when a booking does change hands, nobody on your team finds out by accident.
