Event pages for workshops, meetups and classes

November 4, 2026

Not every booking fits into a weekly availability. A workshop runs on one Saturday in March, a class every second Tuesday. That's what the new Event page is for.

What's new:

• Dates you choose – An Event page runs on specific dates you pick instead of on your availability. Add, change or remove dates and set the seats for each one.

• A page that looks like an event – Each page gets a cover image you can upload and crop, plus a description, a location and a registration panel.

• Seats, not slots – Invitees see every upcoming date, with full and closed ones marked, then pick a date and how many seats they want.

• Pay per seat – Invitees can pay per seat with PayPal or Stripe and see their registration confirmed right on the page.

• No overbooking – Two people can never both take the last seat, and a date's limit can't drop below the seats already taken.

• Attendees stay informed – Once someone has registered, a date can only be moved or cancelled from Bookings, so the people on it are told.

Why this matters: Running a workshop through a regular booking page meant blocking your calendar, hiding every other time, and hoping nobody picked the wrong day. Now the event gets its own page, its own dates and its own seat count, all behind one link you can share.

Find it under Scheduling pages → New scheduling page → Event.
