Building a second AI phone agent no longer means starting from a blank page.
What's new:
• Duplicate action – Copy any agent from the row menu, the right-click menu, or the agent card on the AI agents list.
• Everything carries over – Settings, routes, email notification members, and shared knowledge documents all come with the copy.
• Phone number stays put – The copy starts without a number, so the original keeps answering its calls while you pick a line for the new one.
• Straight into the editor – You land in the new agent right away, named after the original with a copy suffix.
Why this matters: A practice with several locations, or an agency running agents for different clients, usually needs the same agent with small differences. Rebuilding it each time was slow and easy to get subtly wrong. Now you get it right once and change only what's different.
