With Zeeg, you've always been able to route round-robin bookings to a contact's owner in HubSpot and Pipedrive — but now you can route on any custom field that holds a rep.
What's new:
• HubSpot custom rule – Enter the internal name of a contact property that holds a HubSpot user, and optionally a unique property to match the visitor's email on.
• Pipedrive custom rule – Enter the key of a person field of type user.
• The right rep, even if it's not the owner – A visitor sees only the calendar of the rep in that field, whoever the standard owner is.
• Chained fallbacks – Add several custom rules per CRM, for example the account executive first and the inside sales rep second.
• No dead ends – If the field is empty, the rep isn't a host, or the field doesn't exist, the booking moves on to the next rule or to round robin.
Why this matters: Many sales teams keep the rep who actually owns the relationship in a field of their own, not the standard owner. Routing on the wrong one sends a returning customer to a stranger. Now they land with the person who already knows them.
Find it under Event type → Hosts tab → Round robin → Smart CRM routing → Add rule.
