Your accounts team needs your company address on every invoice, whether or not you have a VAT number. Now you add it once, and it's there.
What's new:
• Address without a VAT number – Your company address now shows on your invoices even if you don't add a VAT number.
• One place to edit – Update your billing details under Settings → Billing, and the change applies to the next invoices of all your running subscriptions, including your Zeeg plan and AI minutes.
• VAT numbers too – Add an EU VAT number and it appears on your next invoices; you'll be asked to confirm first, because it can't be changed afterwards.
• Clear status per subscription – If a VAT number can't be updated on one of your subscriptions, the billing page tells you.
• Past invoices stay as they are – Invoices already issued aren't changed.
Why this matters: Asking for corrected receipts at month-end, or having finance send an invoice back because the company address is missing, is admin nobody needs. Now your invoices are right from the start, and a change takes a minute.
