Booking pages find slots up to 12 months ahead

October 16, 2026

If an invitee opens your link and sees an empty month, they might assume something's broken. Your booking pages now keep looking until they find and show your next free slot, up to 12 months ahead.

What's new:

• Search up to 12 months ahead – If the next three months are fully booked or not yet bookable, the page searches further and opens on your first free slot. Before, it gave up after about three months.

• Faster booking pages – Pages load faster, and every booking is still checked against your live calendar, so a slot that just became busy can't be taken.

• The next month, instantly – From the 15th of each month, moving to the next month on a booking page shows its times straight away.

• No knock-on effects for Microsoft users – When one Microsoft mailbox hits its limit, only that mailbox is paused, and other Microsoft hosts keep showing their availability.

Why this matters: A practice that opens bookings for the new year in autumn, or a consultant booked out until spring, shouldn't lose invitees to a page that looks empty. Now the first thing they see is a time they can actually book.
