Office assistants and colleagues covering for each other often know more than the calendar does. When you book on someone else's behalf, you can now pick the times their booking page would normally hide.
What's new:
• Three views to choose from – Switch the booking page between free times only, times blocked by a setting (like working hours, buffers, minimum notice, daily limits or the booking window), and times with an external calendar entry.
• The reason at a glance – Select a blocked time to see why it's blocked; an external calendar entry never shows its title.
• Smarter round robin – In a round robin, each time goes to the least-blocked host, and the confirmation names who will get the booking.
• Firm limits stay firm – Nobody can book over an existing Zeeg booking, a busy room, a group session with too few free seats, or a time in the past.
• Also when rescheduling – The same views are available on the reschedule page.
• Nothing changes for invitees – Invitees booking for themselves see the page exactly as before.
Why this matters: Picture an insurance agency where the front desk books appointments by phone all day. A client can only make it at 5:30 pm, just after the advisor's working hours end, and the advisor has already said yes. Until now, that meant changing settings or turning the client away. Now the booking takes seconds, and the safeguards that matter still hold.
