You can now give your AI phone agent an Austrian or Swiss accent, instead of the German default.
What's new:
• Austrian and Swiss voices – Each shown with the correct country flag in the voice picker, so you can tell them apart from German at a glance.
• Accent filter updated – The voice picker's accent filter now includes both options, across all four interface languages.
• Voices can improve in place – A voice can now be upgraded without reassigning agents — they keep the same voice, it just sounds better.
Why this matters: An Austrian or Swiss customer calling their own business shouldn't hear a German accent answering. Now the voice matches the region it's actually speaking to.
