AI phone agents now behave consistently across calls

August 28, 2026

You can now count on your AI phone agent handling the same situation the same way on every call.

What's new:

Proper titles in German – A German agent addresses a caller as “Herr” or “Frau” once it knows their surname.

Booking codes read back clearly – After a reschedule, the agent reads the new code digit by digit in the same grouping as a new booking, then asks whether the caller noted it down.

No pointless confirmations – An SMS route no longer asks a caller to confirm a phone number it doesn't actually send to.

Instructions matched to the agent – An agent that can't take bookings no longer receives booking steps or tool names meant for one that can.

Right language for details – A multilingual agent reads email addresses and symbols in the language it switched into, not its main one.

Consistent greetings – A greeting written through the dashboard assistant states that the caller is speaking with an AI, and the agent introduces itself by its voice name.

Why this matters: Callers judge an agent on small things: being asked the same detail twice, or a code that goes past too fast to write down. Taking those moments out means every call sounds like the same, competent agent.

AI Phone Bot is available from the Professional plan onwards.
