When your AI agent calls someone, the first thing they usually say is “Hello?”. Until now, that hello landed right on top of your agent's greeting. Your agent can now wait for it.
What's new:
• Wait for the other person – On outgoing calls, your agent stays silent until the person who picks up speaks, then says your greeting word for word.
• A maximum wait you set – Choose a wait of 1 to 10 seconds; if nobody speaks, the agent greets once the time runs out.
• The AI disclosure always comes first – If the other person opens with a question, the agent still says the full greeting, including the AI disclosure, before it does anything else.
• Off by default – Calls behave exactly as before until you switch it on.
Why this matters: A greeting that gets cut off in the first second makes a call feel clumsy, and the line that tells people they're speaking to an AI is exactly the part that shouldn't get lost. Now the person on the other end hears your whole greeting, and every call starts the way you wrote it.
