Changing your plan no longer means losing your setup the moment you click. Anything your new plan doesn't cover now waits 30 days before it's removed.
What's new:
• Paused, not deleted – After a downgrade, API tokens, workflows, white-label branding, and any calendars or event types over your new plan's limits stop working but stay stored.
• Everything comes back – Upgrade again within 30 days and all of it is restored exactly as you left it.
• A clear deadline – After 30 days, anything still over your plan's limits is deleted.
Why this matters: Plans change: a quiet quarter, a smaller team. What shouldn't happen is losing API integrations, workflows, and branding you spent hours setting up, with no way back. Now it's all kept for 30 days, so coming back takes one step.
