We've spent the last few months building a full AI voice agent that now runs alongside our scheduling software. It answers the phone, places calls, understands the callers need, and can book them straight onto your calendar, with no human on the line required. And it can place outbound calls too: reengagement of cold leads, reminders, follow-ups, or getting a meeting on the books before someone else does. And when a call genuinely needs a person, the AI routes the meeting to the right one automatically, or just transfers the live call.
That's a real product change, not a rebrand. Which is why we no longer call Zeeg a "booking CRM." It's an AI voice agent and appointment scheduling platform now, and both sides feed the same calendar: a booking made on a call and a booking made through your scheduling page land in exactly the same place, with nothing to reconcile and nothing to miss.
If you're already a customer, nothing changes
Nothing about what you're using today changes. Your scheduling pages, your calendar, your workflows, how much you pay — all identical to how they worked last week. This is purely additive: we built a new capability on top of the product you already have, not a replacement for it. If online scheduling is genuinely all you need, there's nothing to learn, switch, or migrate. Keep using Zeeg exactly as you always have.
And if you want the voice agent, it's priced on its own
The AI voice agent runs on a different pricing model from scheduling — you buy it in minute packages rather than per seat. That means you can add it on top of your existing scheduling plan, or use it entirely on its own, even on the free Starter tier. Nothing is bundled, and nothing is forced: you choose scheduling, the voice agent, or both, and you only pay for what you actually use.
Same reliability you've come to expect. Same calendar. Just a new front door for however your customers want to reach you.
