What's new:
• Same style as sign-up – Every step uses the same full-window layout and colours as the sign-up page, and the card keeps its size from one step to the next.
• Built for phones – Every option is easy to tap, and the side illustration steps aside to make room.
• Fewer clicks – Picking a meeting format moves straight to the next step, and on desktop the text field is ready to type into as soon as a step opens.
• Tidier working hours – Copying working hours to other days opens a small panel next to the day you're editing, or a bottom sheet on phones.
• Clearer errors – An invalid invite email is marked on the field and on that address only.
Why this matters: The first few minutes with a new tool decide whether you keep going. A layout that jumps between steps, or buttons too small to hit on a phone, is friction nobody needs when they're just trying to get started.
