Zeeg now lets you control exactly how your booking emails are addressed — not just who receives them, but where replies go, who gets a copy, and which additional people are invited to the calendar event. You can set a reply-to, CC and BCC per scheduling page email, per workflow action, and as a workspace-wide default in your organization settings.
CC and BCC on scheduling page notification emails may require a plan upgrade. If you see an upgrade indicator next to the CC or BCC field, click it to review which plans include this feature.
Set a workspace-level reply-to address
A workspace reply-to address routes all invitee replies to a single shared inbox — for example, a team or support address — instead of to each host individually. Individual scheduling pages and workflow emails that have their own reply-to set keep it; the workspace default applies everywhere else.
Go to Organization settings and open the Compliance tab.
Find the Reply-to address section.
Toggle Send replies to a shared address on.
Enter the address you want invitee replies to go to.
Save your changes.
A scheduling page or workflow email that already has its own Reply-to configured keeps that setting and is not affected by the workspace default.
Set reply-to, CC and BCC on a scheduling page email
Each email Zeeg sends for a scheduling page — the invitee confirmation, the host notification, the cancellation email, and others — has its own reply-to, CC and BCC settings. You set these per email from the notification detail panel.
Go to Scheduling Pages and open the page you want to configure.
Open the Notifications tab.
Click on the email you want to customize — for example, the invitee confirmation or the host notification.
A panel opens. At the top you will see a Reply-to dropdown showing the default for this email (for example, Host (default) or Invitee (default)). Choose where replies should go:
Sender address (default) — replies go to the address this email was sent from.
A specific workspace member — replies go directly to that person.
No reply — replies reach no one (use this for purely informational notifications).
To add CC or BCC recipients, click Add CC/BCC. You can pick workspace members, teams, or type in an external email address.
Click Save to apply your addressing settings.
Add additional attendees to the calendar invite
You can automatically invite up to three additional people to the calendar event on the host's connected calendar whenever a booking is made on a scheduling page. These people receive a calendar invitation from the calendar provider — they are not added to Zeeg's own notification emails.
Additional attendees require the host to have a connected calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.). If the host has no connected calendar, the additional invitations are not sent.
Go to Event types and open the event type.
Open the Notifications tab.
Find the Additional attendees section and add up to 3 email addresses.
Save the event type.
Set reply-to, CC and BCC on a workflow email
Workflow email actions — reminders, follow-ups, thank-yous, and any other email action — support the same reply-to, CC and BCC controls as scheduling page notifications.
Go to Workflows and open the workflow you want to edit, or create a new one.
Open an email action or add a new one.
In the action settings, find the Reply-to field and choose where replies should go from the dropdown.
To add CC or BCC recipients, click Add CC/BCC. You can pick workspace members, teams, or type an external email address.
Save the workflow.
On CRM workflow emails, you can also control who the email is Send to — picking from workspace members, teams, the contact's owner, or the account's owner.
Typed external email addresses and confirmation
When you type an email address that is not a workspace member into a CC, BCC or additional attendees field, Zeeg requires that address to confirm before it can receive mail. This prevents unintended delivery.
After you save the scheduling page or workflow, Zeeg sends a one-time confirmation request to each new typed address. The address status is shown next to each entry:
Confirmed — the address confirmed and will receive emails.
Awaiting confirmation — the confirmation request was sent; Zeeg holds mail to this address until it confirms.
Declined — the address owner declined. Zeeg will not send mail to this address from your workspace.
If the confirmation request has not been acted on, click Resend next to the address to send a new request.
Save your changes before clicking Resend. A resend request can only be dispatched for addresses that are already saved — if you added the address in the current unsaved session, save first.
Frequently asked questions
What does "No reply" do in the Reply-to dropdown?
Choosing No reply sets the email's reply-to header so that any reply from the invitee reaches no one. Use it for purely informational notifications — status updates, receipts — where you do not want invitees to be able to reply.
Does the workspace reply-to address override my per-email settings?
No. A scheduling page or workflow email that already has its own Reply-to set keeps that address. The workspace reply-to applies only to emails that have no reply-to configured at the email level.
How many external addresses can I add to CC or BCC?
You can add up to 10 external email addresses per CC or BCC field. Workspace members and teams selected from the picker do not count toward this limit.
What happens if a typed address declines the confirmation?
If the address owner clicks Decline in the confirmation email, the address is blocked from receiving mail in that scope (this scheduling page or workflow). The badge shows Declined. You can remove the address from the field, but Zeeg will not send mail to a declined address.
Do CC and BCC recipients receive emails for every booking?
Yes. CC and BCC recipients configured on a scheduling page email receive a copy for every booking on that scheduling page, including reschedules and cancellations — as long as you have also configured CC/BCC on those emails individually.
Do additional calendar attendees also get a Zeeg confirmation email?
No. Additional attendees receive a calendar invitation from the host's connected calendar provider (Google or Outlook), not Zeeg's own confirmation email. They will appear as attendees on the calendar event.
