Zeeg lets you control exactly how your booking emails are addressed — where replies go, who gets a copy, and which additional people are invited to the calendar event. For scheduling pages, one shared reply-to applies to all invitee emails, and one shared CC/BCC applies to all host emails. You can also set these per workflow action, and configure a workspace-wide reply-to default in your organization settings.
Host email CC and BCC may require a plan upgrade. If you see an upgrade indicator next to the CC or BCC field, click it to review which plans include this feature.
Set a workspace-level reply-to address
A workspace reply-to address routes all invitee replies to a single shared inbox — for example, a team or support address — instead of to each host individually. Scheduling pages and workflow emails that already have their own reply-to configured keep it; the workspace default applies everywhere else.
Go to Organization settings and open the Compliance tab.
Find the Reply-to address section.
Toggle Send replies to a shared address on.
Enter the address you want invitee replies to go to.
Save your changes.
A scheduling page that has its own Invitee email "Reply-to" configured keeps that setting and is not affected by the workspace default.
Set the reply-to for invitee emails on a scheduling page
All emails Zeeg sends to an invitee for a scheduling page — the confirmation email, the calendar invitation, and the cancellation email — share one reply-to setting. You configure it once per scheduling page in the Notifications tab.
The Invitee email "Reply-to" section is only shown when the invitee confirmation method is not set to No confirmation. If invitees receive no emails from this scheduling page, there is nothing to configure here.
Go to Event types and open the event type you want to configure.
Open the Notifications tab.
Find the Invitee email "Reply-to" section.
Use the dropdown to choose where invitee replies should go:
The default option (for example Host (default), or Assigned host (default) for round-robin scheduling pages) — replies go to the host Zeeg assigns to the booking.
A specific workspace member — replies go directly to that person.
No reply — replies reach no one (use this for purely informational notifications).
The setting saves automatically when you select an option.
Set CC and BCC for host emails on a scheduling page
All host emails for a scheduling page — the booking confirmation sent to the host, reschedule notifications, and cancellation notifications — share one CC and BCC setting. You configure it once per scheduling page under Host email copies in the Notifications tab.
Go to Event types and open the event type.
Open the Notifications tab.
Scroll to the Host email copies section.
Click Add CC/BCC to expand the CC and BCC fields.
Pick workspace members, teams, or type an external email address into the CC or BCC field. You can add up to 3 external addresses per field.
The setting saves automatically once all typed addresses are valid.
If you see an upgrade button next to the CC or BCC field, your current plan does not include host email copies. Click it to review available plans.
Add additional attendees to the calendar invite
You can automatically invite up to three additional people to the calendar event on the host's connected calendar whenever a booking is made on a scheduling page. These people receive a calendar invitation from the calendar provider — they are not added to Zeeg's own notification emails.
Additional attendees require the host to have a connected calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.). If the host has no connected calendar, the additional invitations are not sent.
Go to Event types and open the event type.
Open the Notifications tab.
In the notifications list, click the host Confirmation row to open the notification detail panel.
In the panel, find the Additional attendees section and add up to 3 email addresses.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Set reply-to, CC and BCC on a workflow email
Workflow email actions — reminders, follow-ups, thank-yous, and any other email action — support the same reply-to, CC and BCC controls as scheduling page emails.
Go to Workflows and open the workflow you want to edit, or create a new one.
Open an email action or add a new one.
In the action settings, find the Reply-to field and choose where replies should go from the dropdown.
To add CC or BCC recipients, click Add CC/BCC. You can pick workspace members, teams, or type an external email address.
Save the workflow.
On CRM workflow emails, you can also control who the email is Send to — picking from workspace members, teams, the contact's owner, or the account's owner.
Typed external email addresses and confirmation
When you type an email address that is not a workspace member into a CC, BCC, or additional attendees field, Zeeg requires that address to confirm before it can receive mail. This prevents unintended delivery.
After you save, Zeeg sends a one-time confirmation request to each new typed address. The address status is shown next to each entry:
Confirmed — the address confirmed and will receive emails.
Awaiting confirmation — the confirmation request was sent; Zeeg holds mail to this address until it confirms.
Declined — the address owner declined. Zeeg will not send mail to this address from your workspace.
If the confirmation request has not been acted on, click Resend next to the address to send a new request.
Save your changes before clicking Resend. A resend request can only be dispatched for addresses that are already saved — if you added the address in the current unsaved session, save first.
Frequently asked questions
What does "No reply" do in the Reply-to dropdown?
Choosing No reply sets the email's reply-to header so that any reply from the invitee reaches no one. Use it for purely informational notifications — status updates, receipts — where you do not want invitees to be able to reply.
Does the workspace reply-to address override my per-scheduling-page settings?
No. A scheduling page that already has its own Invitee email "Reply-to" configured keeps that address. The workspace reply-to applies only to scheduling pages and workflow emails that have no reply-to configured.
How many external addresses can I add to CC or BCC for host emails?
You can add up to 3 external email addresses per CC or BCC field under Host email copies. Workspace members and teams selected from the picker do not count toward this limit.
What happens if a typed address declines the confirmation?
If the address owner clicks Decline in the confirmation email, the address is blocked from receiving mail in that scope (this scheduling page or workflow). The badge shows Declined. You can remove the address from the field, but Zeeg will not send mail to a declined address from your workspace.
Do host email copies go out for every booking event?
Yes. Anyone in CC or BCC under Host email copies receives a copy of all host emails for that scheduling page — new booking confirmations, reschedule notifications, and cancellation notifications.
Do additional calendar attendees also get a Zeeg confirmation email?
No. Additional attendees receive a calendar invitation from the host's connected calendar provider (Google or Outlook), not Zeeg's own confirmation email. They will appear as attendees on the calendar event.
