How to Control Team Logos and Names on Scheduling Pages

Learn how workspace admins configure whether team scheduling pages show each team's own logo and name, or fall back to workspace defaults.

Written by Fernando Figueiredo

Workspace admins can control whether team scheduling pages display each team's own logo and name, or fall back to the workspace defaults. Both settings are on by default, so each team's identity is visible to invitees right away — no action needed unless you want to change the behavior.

These settings are available to organization owners and admins only. They apply to all teams in the workspace and affect team booking and reschedule pages.

How to configure team logo and name settings

1. In your Zeeg dashboard, open your Organization settings and click the General tab.

2. Edit the workspace logo area. The two team toggles appear directly below the Display logo on all scheduling pages switch — they are shown once your workspace logo has been uploaded.

3. Configure each toggle:

  • Use team logos on their scheduling pages — When on, each team's own logo replaces the workspace logo on that team's scheduling pages. Teams that have not uploaded their own logo continue showing the workspace logo automatically.

  • Show team names on their scheduling pages — When on, each team's name is displayed on its scheduling pages.

4. Click Save. Changes take effect on team scheduling pages immediately.

Which setting should you choose?

  • Keep both toggles on (recommended for multi-brand or department-facing teams): Each team presents its own logo and name on its scheduling pages. Invitees see the identity of the specific team they are booking with. This is the default and works well when teams serve distinct audiences.

  • Turn off team logos: All team scheduling pages display the unified workspace logo instead of individual team logos. Use this when you want consistent visual branding across the entire organization.

  • Turn off team names: Team names are hidden from scheduling pages. Use this when teams are internal structures that invitees do not need to see.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if a team has no logo of its own?

When Use team logos on their scheduling pages is on, any team without its own logo automatically falls back to showing the workspace logo. No blank or broken images appear — the workspace logo is the fallback for all teams that have not uploaded their own.

Do these settings affect individual user scheduling pages?

No. The team logo and team name settings apply only to team-owned scheduling pages. Individual user pages follow the user's own profile settings.

Who can change these settings?

Only organization owners and admins have access to Organization settings. Individual team members cannot override these workspace-level controls.

Why can't I see the team logo and name toggles?

The toggles appear in the branding section only after a workspace logo has been uploaded. Upload your workspace logo first, then the team logo and team name options will appear below the Display logo on all scheduling pages switch.
