How to Change Your Scheduling Page Language

Set the language your invitees see when they visit your scheduling page.

Written by Fernando Figueiredo

Each Zeeg scheduling page can be displayed in a specific language. This controls the language of all interface elements your invitees see when booking—such as button labels, date and time formats, and confirmation messages. This setting is independent of your own Zeeg dashboard language.

Zeeg currently supports English, Spanish, French, German, Finnish, Dutch, Polish, Danish, Swedish, and Italian.

Languages are available in all plans including the free plan.

How to change the language of a scheduling page

1. On your Zeeg Dashboard, find the scheduling page you want to update and click the three dots (⋯) next to it and select Edit.

2. In the edit panel, look for Advanced settings.

3. Refer to Language, and select your preferred language from the dropdown menu. Zeeg currently supports English, Spanish, French, German, Finnish, Dutch, Polish, Danish (listed as Dansk), Swedish (listed as Svenska), and Italian (listed as Italiano).

Which scheduling language should you choose?

Choose the language that matches your invitees' primary language. A few common scenarios:

  • You work with international clients — consider creating separate scheduling pages for different regions, each set to the appropriate language

  • You host in-person meetings in a specific country — set the language to match that country's primary language

  • Your booking form collects information in a specific language — align the page language with the form language for a consistent experience

Frequently asked questions

Does changing the scheduling page language affect my Zeeg dashboard?

No. The scheduling page language only affects what your invitees see. Your Zeeg dashboard language is set separately under your account preferences.

Can I have different scheduling pages in different languages?

Yes. Each scheduling page has its own language setting, so you can create multiple pages with different languages for different audiences.

Does the language setting affect the confirmation email?

Confirmation emails follow the language set on the scheduling page. If you set a page to German, your invitees will receive a confirmation email in German.

What languages are available?

Zeeg currently supports English, Spanish, French, German, Finnish, Dutch, Polish, Danish, Swedish, and Italian. The available options are listed in the Language dropdown when editing your scheduling page.

What does the Danish setting change for my invitees?

When you select Dansk, your invitees see the booking page, the confirmation page and form validation messages in Danish, and dates are written in the Danish style. Booking emails to your invitees are sent in Danish as well.

What do the Swedish and Italian settings change for my invitees?

When you select Svenska or Italiano, your invitees see the booking page, the confirmation page and form validation messages in Swedish or Italian, and dates and times are written in the matching style. Booking emails to your invitees are sent in the same language.

Can I use Danish, Swedish, or Italian as the language of my Zeeg dashboard?

No. Danish, Swedish, and Italian are available for scheduling pages only, so they change what your invitees see. The Zeeg dashboard itself is available in English, German, Spanish, and French.
