The alfaview integration lets you use alfaview as a meeting location for your Zeeg scheduling pages. When an appointment is booked, Zeeg automatically creates an alfaview meeting and adds the join link to the confirmation email and calendar invitation—no manual setup needed per booking.
You need an active alfaview account to use this integration. Your Account ID, Alias, and Code can be found in your alfaview account settings.
How to connect alfaview
In your Zeeg dashboard, click your name in the top left corner and select Integrations. Find alfaview in the video conferencing category and click on it.
On the alfaview integration page, enter your Account ID, Alias, and Code in the fields provided. And then click "Connect alfaview"
Zeeg verifies your credentials automatically. Once connected, the page shows a confirmation with your linked alfaview account name.
How to use alfaview as a meeting location
After connecting, you can select alfaview as the meeting location on any of your scheduling pages:
Open the scheduling page you want to edit, go to its Location settings
Select alfaview from the list and hit save / replace
From this point on, every new booking on that page automatically triggers Zeeg to create an alfaview meeting and include the join link in the invitation sent to you and your invitee.
Licence limits and concurrent meetings
alfaview allows as many simultaneous meetings as you have licences on your account (one licence per concurrent meeting). Meetings that don't overlap are unlimited. If bookings overlap beyond your available licences, some alfaview meetings may not be created.
To avoid this, make sure your alfaview account has enough licences for the maximum number of simultaneous bookings you expect.
How to disconnect alfaview
Before disconnecting alfaview, we recommend that you change the location of any scheduling page that is using alfaview as a meeting location option.
Go to Integrations and open the alfaview integration page.
Click Disconnect alfaview.
Confirm the disconnection in the dialog that appears.

Where do I find my alfaview Account ID, Alias, and Code?
You can find your Account ID, Alias, and Code in the settings of your alfaview account.
Does Zeeg create a new alfaview meeting for every booking?
Yes. Each time someone books an appointment on a scheduling page that has alfaview set as its location, Zeeg automatically creates a new alfaview meeting and includes the join link in the invitation.
Can I use alfaview as the location on multiple scheduling pages?
Yes. Once your alfaview account is connected, you can select alfaview as the meeting location on as many scheduling pages as you like.
What happens to existing bookings if I disconnect alfaview?
Existing bookings are not affected. However, Zeeg will no longer be able to create alfaview meetings for new bookings on pages that still have alfaview set as their location. Update those scheduling pages to a different location before disconnecting.
What happens if my bookings exceed my available alfaview licences?
If overlapping bookings exceed your alfaview licence count, some alfaview meetings may not be created for those bookings. Check your alfaview account to ensure you have sufficient licences for your expected booking volume.
