What are Workspaces?
A workspace is an independent organizational environment within your Zeeg account. You can create a new Workspace if you want to have multiple separate Zeeg accounts that you can access and switch between seamlessly, without logging out.
Each workspace includes:
Separate CRM data: Contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects remain isolated between workspaces
Independent integrations: Connect different calendar accounts, email providers, and third-party tools per workspace
Individual billing: Each workspace has its own subscription plan and payment settings
Unique settings: Customize booking pages, workflows, user access, partner access, team structure, active rooms, SSO, SCIM, etc.
How to change between different workspaces?
Changing between workspaces is easy. Like you see in the picture above, you just need to:
Click on the name of your workspace on the top of your left menu
Hover on the name of your workspace that will open from dropdown menu
See the list of workspaces and pick the one you want
At the end of your workspaces list you'll also find the option to create a new workspace.

Frequently asked questions
Why does Zeeg say "You switched workspace in another tab. This tab now shows the new workspace too."?
You are signed in to Zeeg in more than one browser tab, and you switched workspace in one of them. All your tabs in the same browser share one sign-in, so the other tabs follow the switch. When you return to a tab that still showed the old workspace, or when it next contacts Zeeg, it reloads into the workspace you chose last and shows this message. You don't need to do anything.
Can I work in two workspaces at the same time in different tabs?
No. Because your tabs share one sign-in, every tab always shows the workspace you picked last. This also protects your data: a tab that still showed the old workspace can't save changes into the new one. It reloads into the current workspace instead, so you can repeat your change there if needed. If you manage several clients, switch workspace in the tab you are working in, and keep working there.
